In the centre of Rugby we were called to regain a sense of order and control of a row of Laylandii conifer trees that hadn’t been cut back for many years and were now casting a large amount of shade onto the neighbouring bowling green, so affecting the grass playing surface.

Leylandii hedgerows are probably one of the most popular hedges we come across mostly due to their cost and growth rate. However, the downside to this is the amount of maintenance they require to keep in good condition.

Now this extensive work has been undertaken, a maintenance plan has been created so that the hedge will be trimmed a couple of times a year to ensure it is kept in peak condition as well as the bowling green grass!
